Ingredients
- 3 slices of Salmon
 - Arugala
 - 1 Cucumber
 - Handful of cherry tomatoes
 - 1 garlic clove
 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 lemon squeezed
 - Olives (small green)
 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
 - 1 teaspoon black seed
 - 1/4 sliced onion
 - oil for frying
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - Paprika
 
How to Cook?
- Cut up salmon into bite-size pieces.
 - Marinate in soy sauce,lemon juice and salt, pepper, paprika. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
 - Fry or broil the salmon in the oven until golden brown (around 7 to 10 minutes).
 - Layer:
- arugula
 - cucumbers
 - tomatoes
 - onions
 - olives
 
 
- Drizzle with olive oil
 - Put salmon on top of the veggies
 - Sprinkle sesame seeds &black seeds
 - Glaze (optional)
