Salmon Arugula Salad

Salmon Arugula Recipe

PREP TIME: 35 MINUTES / COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES / SERVINGS: 3

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Salmon
  • Arugala
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • Olives (small green)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black seed
  • 1/4 sliced onion
  • oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

 

How to Cook?

  • Cut up salmon into bite-size pieces.
  • Marinate in soy sauce,lemon juice and salt, pepper, paprika. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Fry or broil the salmon in the oven until golden brown (around 7 to 10 minutes).
  • Layer:
    • arugula
    • cucumbers
    •  tomatoes
    • onions
    • olives
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Put salmon on top of the veggies
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds &black seeds
  • Glaze  (optional)
